Excellent. HR is always running a catch up game with employees these days. I love "These examples are not exhaustive." along with "...to provide clear guidance where ambiguity previously existed." Ambiguity will always exist in the minds of some employees!
Absolutely. That whole thing about ambiguity played out in my workplace as well. It creates a lot of bloat in the policy manual which is unnecessary if supervisors would just pull people aside and talk to them. Surely someone was over Chad.
