This report follows Field Incident Log #CI-9-041, submitted by Corrective Unit 9 after a corrective response outside Morris, Illinois. It documents confirmed pattern continuation and outlines current containment posture.
No escalation is being recommended at this time.
1. FIELD INCIDENT CI-9-041
Corrective Unit 9 responded at approximately 21:14 CST to coordinates in an industrial outfield south of Morris along I-80.
Field agents located a memory construct of non-creature, non-human origin. Partial physical formation. Degraded sensory function. Fragmented verbal output. It was not mobile and did not pose a threat.
The construct was neutralized and disposed of per Corrective Protocol 9-C.
Origin signature matched a pre-commercial Nostalgia Capsule prototype. Not a retail unit. Not part of any active release.
Prior to disposal, the construct repeated a single phrase:
clock in
This has been noted for pattern reference.
2. SIGNATURE MATCH
Following the CI-9-041 filing, Surface Integrity Monitoring confirmed a second incident with an identical origin signature.
Location: May Season Studio Headquarters, Lisle, Illinois.
Classification: Memory Breach, Surface-to-Other Contamination.
That incident was handled by a separate unit under a parallel log.
Two incidents. Two locations. Same signature.
3. UNIT ORIGIN
Pre-commercial Nostalgia Capsule units were reviewed and documented as accounted for in a prior operational cycle. Facilities Coordination has no record of units outside controlled storage.
The origin of the unit recovered at the Morris site is unresolved.
This discrepancy has been logged.
4. CONTAINMENT
Both incidents have been physically resolved. No residual signature activity at either site. No active breach events as of this filing.
Corrective Unit 9 is on standard standby. No additional deployment authorized.
Public framing remains within compliance parameters.
5. NOTE TO EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION
This report is shared with the Federal Liaison Unit per Cross-Agency Notification Protocol, Section 4, Paragraph 2, which applies when two or more incidents within a single operational cycle carry an identical non-natural origin signature.
No response or action is requested.
May Season Studio considers both incidents closed.
