May Season Studio Archives
by Gintare O.
The new incident reporting platform is live now. Intake for Corrective Operations has moved off the old forms and spreadsheets and into a single system.
Highlights:
- One queue. Every report lands in one place, sorted by date, visible to the routing team the moment it is filed.
- Faster routing. Managers move each item to its outcome (closed, escalated, held, returned) in a click. When the outcome is set, the item clears the queue.
- Real-time visibility. A live dashboard tracks volume, clearance rate, and average time to clear.
Field teams: file from your phone and keep it moving. Routing team: keep the queue current.
Questions go to the Service Desk. Welcome aboard.
