May Season Studio Archives
by Gintare O.
The new incident reporting platform is live now. Intake for Corrective Operations has moved off the old forms and spreadsheets and into a single system.
Highlights:
- One queue. Every report lands in one place, sorted by date, visible to the routing team the moment it is filed.
- Faster routing. Managers move each item to its outcome (closed, escalated, held, returned) in a click. When the outcome is set, the item clears the queue.
- Real-time visibility. A live dashboard tracks volume, clearance rate, and average time to clear.
Field teams: file from your phone and keep it moving. Routing team: keep the queue current.
Questions go to the Service Desk. Welcome aboard.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Corrective Operations has been filing these reports for years. Several are on record.

"what an item clears into is outside the scope of this release." That is the scary part.
It's great that people like you, May, are considering how system malfunctioning can be cataloged for possible future study. Would such a system be a Wiki that could be addressed by the general public to help solve future incidents? Or would the logged incidents be used by the various AI to make them the first choice for those seeking remedial action?
